The unit of competency "Provide Housekeeping Services to Guest” covers the knowledge, skills, and attitude in providing general housekeeping services to guests. It is one of the specialized modules required to complete the qualification Housekeeping NC II.
You must go through a series of learning activities to complete each learning outcome of the module. Each of the learning outcomes is provided with Information Sheets (Reference Materials for further reading to help you better understand the required activities). Follow these activities on your own and answer the self-check at the end of each learning outcome. You may remove a blank answer sheet at the end of each module (or get one from your facilitator/trainer) to write your answers for each self-check. Don’t hesitate to ask your facilitator for assistance if you have questions.
